Rules:
1. It must be a story written specifically for this contest. The point of the contest is to put together a story step by step, with the help of others! It can not be posted publicly anywhere else. (If you've written it but haven't showed it to anyone else, that's fine)
2. The story must be you own creation! It can not be copied from another author, published or otherwise. (fanfictions are accepted if: they are based on a book or film, not a band, living person or TV show)
3. The winner of each part (chapter) judges the next one. Be prepared to be honest, and judge not only on content, but writing too! Judges may not judge their own writing. They may share it, but they can't judge it.
4. Don't feel bad if you don't win one part. You might just win another if you follow the feedback you receive. The point of the contest is to improve what you write, not to win!
5. Be creative. Use your imagination. Good ideas are base of all writing.
6. Have Fun!
Guidelines:
Chapter One most be posted by October 24th, 2013! Judging will take place within a week from then. The winner will be decided once judging is complete. Later deadlines will be posted soon. Tell whoever is judging if you can't get your chapter up before the deadline! It will be up to the judge to decide what to do. Also, if you miss a chapter, just post it for the next one. Please feel free to read and critique other members' writing!
